Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful or unlawful material.
Plans, purchases, and support

Rights in our site and content

Tutor marketplace conduct and user content
Tutor profiles, photos, CVs, contact requests, and responses must be truthful, lawful, and respectful. Do not submit harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or exploitative material, fraud, spam, impersonation, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not share private contact details in public profiles or contact requests. Do not use contact access to abuse, pressure, or solicit another user outside the stated tutoring purpose. You may report a tutor profile, contact request, or user and block future interactions in the tutor marketplace. We may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or remove features when necessary for maintenance, policy compliance, or product changes. We try to keep public pages accurate and navigable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ClassNotes is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific exam result, score, or admission outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
