Timelines, process, and exceptions

This policy explains how ClassNotes handles refunds for subscriptions, digital products, and any physical items sold through the shop.

Digital products and memberships

Because digital access is delivered immediately, premium memberships, downloads, and digital resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except in cases of duplicate billing, technical failure, or where required by law.

Physical products

If a physical product is sold through our shop, unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number, the email used for purchase, and a short description of the issue. We review refund requests manually.

You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banking timelines vary, so it may take several business days for the credit to appear.

Exceptions

  • Completed digital deliveries and already-used subscriptions are normally not refundable.
  • Sale items or special-order physical items may be final sale.
